I Just Don’t Get It- Understanding a Loved One Diagnosed with Dementia
During this talk, I share my personal journey of discovering that my mother was changing in her sixties. I talk about the experiences before her diagnosis, after her diagnosis, and how it was a journey to understanding how to communicate effectively with her and how I learned how to deal with my new normal. I also provide resources for people facing a loved one diagnosed with Dementia or a life-changing disease and the tools that we used as a family to cope, to address financial concerns, and finding peace and hope in this situation.

Cultural Diversity/Cross-Cultural Communication
I offer a variety of workshops and training about cultural diversity and understanding those who you live and work with from other cultures. I have extensive experience in this area having lived on 3 continents of the world and completing an advanced degree in International Business. I love learning about the many cultures of the world and sharing best practices for communication and understanding one another vividly!

Leadership the Wholly Way
Leadership is a journey. We evolve and learn from our experiences leading and guiding others at work. I share my experiences working in a leadership position from the age of 17. I share the challenges that I faced, the many mistakes that I made, and the best practices that I have learned in order to motivate and innovate employees to excel in their efforts even beyond what they think they can accomplish. I also incorporate the implications of my research on the topic of employee motivation in the workplace and a scholarly article I have written about leadership and employee motivation.

I Forgive Me
Forgiving myself has been a life-changing experience for me. I was once so hard on myself that any mistake was not acceptable. I had to be perfect, I could not make mistakes. Not because of others, just because I had a mindset for perfection. I finally realized that God is not looking for perfection. God is looking for a pure heart, one that is ready to be emptied so God can fill it with His glory and His will. I take you on a journey to forgive yourself!
